Terms of Service

Caselytic provides digital, personalised greeting card templates. You purchase a template, receive a one-time Maker link by email, create a personalised greeting card using our Maker tool, and then share the generated card link with your recipient.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments.
• Upon successful payment, a one-time Maker link is sent to your registered email address.
• All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances. See our Refund Policy for full details.

• Each purchase gives you exactly one Maker link.
• The Maker link can be used only once to create a greeting card. Once submitted, it is permanently deactivated.
• If you want to create another greeting card (even for the same occasion), you must make a new purchase.
• Verify all names, messages, and photos are correct before submitting your Maker form — changes cannot be made after submission.

• Your Maker link should ideally be used within 3 days of purchase.
• While we do not automatically expire maker links after 3 days, we recommend using it promptly to avoid any unforeseen issues.
• If you face an issue after 3 days, contact us and we will try to assist — but no guarantees can be made beyond this window.

• The greeting card link (generated after using the Maker) is meant to be shared with your recipient.
• Greeting card availability and expiry are at the sole discretion of Caselytic admins. We may disable or expire cards at any time without prior notice.
• We do not guarantee indefinite availability of any greeting card link.
• Links are not transferable and are tied to the occasion for which they were created.

• You must provide a valid, correct email address at checkout. The Maker link is delivered only to that address.
• We are not responsible for undelivered emails due to incorrect addresses, spam filters, or inbox issues.
• If you did not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder first, then contact support.

• You are solely responsible for the content (names, messages, photos) you upload. Do not upload illegal, offensive, hateful, or copyrighted material.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or bypass our systems.
• Do not resell, share, or transfer Maker links to others.
• The greeting card link is for personal use only — do not use it for commercial purposes or spam.

• Caselytic is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use or inability to use our service.
• We are not responsible for content uploaded by users.
• We are not responsible for who views your greeting card link after you share it.
• Service is provided “as is” without any warranty of uptime or uninterrupted availability.

If you encounter a technical problem (e.g., payment deducted but no email received, link not working), contact us immediately with the following information:

• Your Order ID
• Your name
• Your registered phone number
• Your email address
• Brief description of the issue
