Privacy Policy

When you purchase a greeting template, we collect:

• Email address — to send you the order confirmation and maker link.
• Phone number — for order identification and support.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Cashfree Payments. We never store card/UPI/bank details.
• Order metadata — template selected, amount paid, payment status, timestamp.
• UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) — if you arrive via an ad, collected for internal analytics only. Never sold.

When you use your maker link to create a greeting card, we collect:

• Recipient name — shown on the greeting card.
• Your name (sender) — shown on the greeting card.
• Custom message — text you write for the greeting.
• Photos — images you upload to personalise the card. Stored securely, used only to render your greeting. Never shared or repurposed.

All maker data is tied to your unique order and stored in our secure database.

• To process your order and deliver the maker link to your email.
• To generate and serve your personalised greeting card.
• We send only 2 emails per order: order confirmation + maker link. No marketing or newsletter emails.
• UTM data is used for internal ad-performance analytics only.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party.
• Payment data is handled exclusively by Cashfree Payments under their privacy policy.
• Database storage is provided by Supabase — an industry-standard, encrypted cloud platform.

• Provide a valid email address at checkout. We cannot re-send the maker link if the email is incorrect.
• The greeting card link you create is your responsibility to share. Once shared, we have no control over who views it.
• Photos and messages must not contain illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content.

Order data is retained for operational and legal purposes. Uploaded photos and greeting content are retained while the card is active. Once expired or removed by admin, associated media may be deleted.

We use HTTPS encryption, database-level access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. All payments are encrypted with bank-grade SSL by Cashfree.

We use browser localStorage only to remember your email/phone for autofill convenience on repeat visits. No cross-site tracking cookies are used.
