No Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final
Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This is a digital product and the service is considered delivered upon payment.
Why No Refunds?
Caselytic provides a digital service. Once you complete payment:
- Your unique Maker link is immediately generated and sent to your email.
- The service has been delivered — a personalised digital greeting card tool has been made available to you.
- Digital products cannot be “returned” the way physical products can.
Therefore, no refunds will be processed for any reason including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the template design or animations.
- Failure to use the Maker link before it expires.
- Entering an incorrect email address at checkout.
- Not sharing the greeting card with the recipient.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Greeting card link becoming inactive after the occasion.
- Technical issues on your device (unsupported browser, etc.).
Maker Link — One Time Use
Each Maker link can be used only once. Once you submit your greeting on the Maker, the link is permanently deactivated. Please ensure all details (names, messages, photos) are correct before submitting.
We strongly recommend using your Maker link within 3 days of purchase.
Greeting Card Link Availability
The availability and lifespan of greeting card links are at the sole discretion of Caselytic admins. We may disable or expire links at any time. We do not guarantee that links will remain active indefinitely.
Email Accuracy — Your Responsibility
Please double-check your email address before completing checkout. The Maker link is sent only to the email provided at purchase.
- If the email is incorrect, we cannot resend the link and no refund will be issued.
- If you did not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder first.
- If still not received, contact us with your Order ID and we will try to assist — but this is not guaranteed to result in a resend in all cases.
Technical Issues — How We Can Help
If you face a genuine technical problem on our end (e.g., payment deducted but Maker link never sent, Maker tool crashing on submission), contact us immediately:

Include your Order ID, name, phone number, and email in the message. We will review and take appropriate action (such as resending the link or resetting the Maker) at our discretion. This does not imply a right to a refund.
Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in your order being permanently flagged and access revoked. We maintain detailed payment records and will contest all fraudulent disputes.
